Our mission is to impact families and make a difference in our community. Dr. Lauren utilizes a proactive approach to chiropractic care allowing patients to take control of their own health and wellness. She is certified in the Webster Technique and is passionate about the care and treatment of expectant mothers and family wellness.

Dr. Lauren Winarski earned a dual degree in Athletic Training and Pre-Sports Medicine with a minor in Biology at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class in December 2014. Dr. Lauren has been serving patients in Hartville, Uniontown, Green, North Canton & Mogadore since 2017, formerly at Hartville Health and Wellness Centre. Dr. Lauren loves helping people reach their health goals, and participate in the activities they love.

Dr. Lauren lives with her family in Lake Township. She enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, their two daughters Charlie and Blakely, and their son, Winston. When not serving patients, she loves fitness, reading, and cooking.

She is an advocate for creating healthy lifestyle habits and coaches individuals online about health and fitness. She has created a program and worked with hundreds of women during their pregnancies to create an empowering prenatal, birth and postpartum experience for mother’s with exercise and movement, pelvic and spinal alignment, nutrition, and emotional well-being and mindset and breastfeeding education and support. She believes impacting mothers’ impacts families and in turn the community.

Dr. Lauren worked as an associate chiropractic physician in Fairlawn for two years (2015-2016), and was featured on the Akron Ohio Moms website.

Appointments can be booked online with Dr. Lauren. We do not participate with insurance plans allowing the doctor to create the best care plan based on individual needs and not based on what insurance will or will not cover. The patient gets to take an active role in creating health goals. All major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) may be used for payment.
